Job Title: Global Data Strategy and Insights Manager – Sales Force & Brand Performance

Our long-standing partner in the OTC and Consumer Healthcare space just embarked on an exciting journey to grow their Business. Led by a passionate global BU Head they are reaching for the stars.
They are looking to level up their Analytics game to keep track of their success story
Key Responsibilities:
– Data Insights: Manage global sales force data (IQVIA, etc.) and turn insights into P&L impact.
– Target Setting: Develop sales targets and bonus schemes, focusing on GP sales forces.
– Digital KPIs: Implement key digital metrics for P&L and sales execution.
– Platform Development: Build automated data platforms to enhance brand performance.
– Global Collaboration: Work with brand managers on promotional strategies and sustainability goals.
What You Bring:
– Expertise in data strategy, sales force management, and P&L.
– Strong analytics skills and experience in global markets.
