Finance & Payroll Consultant MS Dynamics (20%)

headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.

Due to recent growth, we are searching for a part-time member of our Operations team. We have upgraded our finance and payroll systems, but are still in need of clear reporting and forecasting moving forward in 2023. We have a great team environment and are happy to arrange flexible working for the right candidate. The role does require on-site presence in our offices in Zürich Enge.

We are open to all experience levels; this could be a great part-time opportunity for finance students.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Responsible for finance projects and processes
_Development and customization of MS Dynamics to business needs
_Collaboration with our internal Digital team to visualize reporting 
_Automate financial reporting and budget forecasting
_Work closely with colleagues and external partners  to develop processes and best practices 
_Supporting payroll, invoicing and controlling 

REQUIREMENTS 

_Strong financial acumen, with experience in a similar role, or studies in Finance
_In depth knowledge of MS Dynamics
_Experience with Swiss labor law or payrolling is a strong advantage
_Excellent written and spoken English, with a strong preference given to those candidates who speak German
