You’ve led sales teams to success, trained Sales Representatives in the Pharmaceutical Industry and aim for something bigger, having more impact, have a broad view and implementing your know-how to bring the Commercial function to the next level? This might just be for you!

A top 10 Swiss Affiliate is looking for a Commercial Excellence Senior Manager to navigate between marketing and sales, bring change with charm and knowledge. You will be the one to get the best out of their sales teams by identifying development opportunities, implementing and getting change adoption. Their goal is to get their Customer Experience right, targeted, personalised and coordinated. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Develop the Sales capabilities
_Drive the path towards Omni-Channel Customer Engagement
_Drive Strategic Account Management capabilities
_Provide high quality training 
_Ownership of Marketing capability
_Partner with global/regional functions in driving continuous improvement
_Support affiliate talent management and succession planning
_Define and evolve the value proposition and customer experience
_Liaise with other Selling-/Marketing-Excellence teams
_Support the annual sponsoring & congress planning process

REQUIREMENTS 

_+10 years experience in Sales and several as Sales Manager 
_Experience partnering with Marketing and Medical functions 
_Proven track record of providing Sales Training and Developing Talent 
_Strong technical knowledge within sales force effectiveness and Veeva CRM
_Change Management expertise
_English proficiency, German and preferably French
