Associate Director Medical Communications

headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.

Our client is a mid-sized biotech company preparing for the first launch of a product in Europe and is aiming for considerable growth in 2023 and 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Act as the leader of the Medical Communications team

_Assist MA strategy implementation by designing & executing Medical Communication Plan

_Work together with Field Medical, Global Medical & Medical Directors to ensure the availability of resources throughout the launch preparation

_Lead regional congress activities & support affiliates

_Supervise & lead EU KOL engagement affairs

REQUIREMENTS

_PhD, Pharm D, MD or equivalent

_≥5 years experience in medical affairs

_≥3 years communication experience

_30% travel

_Extensive experience in late stage drug development, launch & post approval
