Admin Assistant Purchasing – 12 months – 60% – Remote

headcount AG is a Zurich-based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.

Our client is a mid-sized biotech company preparing for their first launch of a product in Europe and is aiming for considerable growth in 2023 and 2024. Due to this they are looking for an Admin Assistant in Purchasing to join their Medical Affairs team for the next 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

_Ensure purchasing & procurement needs of the company are met
_Support the financial team by handling purchasing requisitions & orders
_Onboard new suppliers
_Support stakeholders in other departments

REQUIREMENTS 

_Ideally experienced with PO creation OR general procurement procedures
_Fluent in English & German
